This is for everyone who has been asking if I am really over here or actually in jail as there are no pictures of me - well, here you go - I am here and doing my best to get into jail!!!
Most of the roundabouts have a sculpture or large fountain of varying degrees of tackiness, with some tenuous connection to the location. Fibreglass Zebras at the Zoo Roundabout etcetc, well this one is near the Dubai Racecourse and is just begging for some stupidity I reckon. It is just begging to be ridden an all its purple glory!!
I risked life and limb to run across the road and hoik up onto the horse with as much ladylike action as I could muster (ie none), nearly caused an Afghani truck driver to roll his truck and amused many people.
Mightn't be many pictures of me, but I will make them good when they are on here!!

Vanessa..I don't think you can top this effort..are you sitting sidesaddle?? People no doubt phoning talk back Dubai to ask if anyone else had seen...that takes some guts..my hero.
