Just about every day there is a sight or conversation that makes me go, 'hmmmmm' in my head, and then get back to the task at hand.
The left hand road lane is the 'fast' lane over here, or that should be 'fastest', and the indication to get out of the way and let a car past is them being about 100 mm from the back of the car, flashing their lights on and off. It is not rude or aggressive, just the agreed signal and is even included in the licensing information.
Today's first 'hmmmmmmm' moment came when driving to work I saw an Audi Q7, doing about 165km/hr, flash the police car in front of them, which promptly moved over, to let the Audi with 100% window tint fly by.
